Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your sensory experience. Because our items are handcrafted and designed for the "crush," we have a specific policy:
15-Day Inspection Period: You have 15 days from delivery to request a return or report an issue.
Condition for Return: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original state (solid block or solid reform). We cannot accept returns for items that have been crushed, powdered, or used in videos.
Handmade Artistry: Each original block and handmade reform is unique. Because these are artisanal products, no two items are identical in color pattern or exact shape.
Damaged in Transit: Reforms are delicate! If your item arrives shattered or pulverized beyond use, please email powderylake@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be packaged securely to ensure they arrive back to us in their solid state.
